If you are considering vulva enhancement...
Plastic surgery of the vulva has become quite popular over the past 5-8 years. The clitoris, labia minora/majora and episiotomy scars can all be surgically refined.  The surgical procedures and results are tailored on an individual basis to meet the patient's desires. Most commonly this consists of clitoral de-hooding, labia majora and or labia minora reduction and episiotomy scar revision with or without vaginal tightening.  The labia majora can be increased with fat injections and a thick pubic fat pad reduced by liposuction.  Plastic surgery of the vulva is being considered by women of all ages whether or not they have had children. Vulva-vaginalplasty
We have a perception of what is aesthetically pleasing for all body parts and this includes, the genitalia. Enlargement of the labia minora can give a ragged appearance and when extreme can interfere with coitus.  This condition can be corrected with a relatively short outpatient surgery often performed under local anesthesia with or without pills for sedation. Thickened labia majora or pubic fat pad can be reduced with liposuction. A lax vaginal ring can be corrected with resection and tightening of muscle and mucosa. These procedures are done in our surgical suites and have relatively short recovery times.
